PAULIE MALIGNAGGI LEAVES MCGREGOR TRAINING CAMP; CLEARS AIR ON DECISION

Paulie Malignaggi Leaves The McGregor Camp

Former World Champion Paulie Malignaggi who was brought in to spar Conor McGregor. For his mega-fight against boxing great Floyd Mayweather. Has finally walked away from the camp. After some incidents outside of the ring and personal deliberation. He thinks the best thing for him to do is walk away from the camp. He released a statement explaining at least some of the reason.

“I just wanted to clear the air. I am leaving the McGregor training camp today. I came with the best intentions & intended to help out. Just the chance to be part of such a big event in this capacity excited me. Conor & I have a mutual respect inside the ring, earned from each other with some good work over 2 sparring sessions.

It’s some of the stuff outside the ring and some ways some things were handled in training camp that I didn’t agree with that made me come to this decision,”

Wrote multi-division former world champion Paulie Malignaggi, who cleared the air and explained his decision to stop helping Conor McGregor in training camp as he continues to prepare for the mega-fight with Floyd Mayweather. Check it out!

What will the Bookmakers say now?

What effect will Malignaggi walking away and subsequent comments in relation to how Conor is performing in camp have on the odds? Although Paulie has not given away everything. What he has said in his social media rants has been quite telling. Not one for shying away from publicity. We think he will be dropping a few more nuggets before fight night. Especially now since making this definitive decision.

With what Paulie has said so far. What now are fans thoughts on the August 26th super fight? McGregor in an uphill battle. Schaub with 100k on the line. IF you were Max Kellerman, would you now take that bet?
