Daniel Cormier explains how Conor McGregor can ‘win’ vs. Mayweather
The UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier dropped into the Herd to chat with Colin Cowherd. He spoke at length discussing his career, how he’s seen as the boring guy. And how he might in fact be more popular if he was a little bit more out there, but that’s just not him. He was asked to weight in on the potential Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather fight. And gave his opinion stating that if McGregor can make it through the fight, he wins. Him actually winning the fight ain’t likely, at all! But just to make it through will be a huge win.
DC also talked about his fight at UFC 210 against Anthony Johnson, a fighter he already knows very well. How he sees things playing out. And his future after his career is over, sitting behind the Fox Sports desk. Although that’s something he tries to avoid thinking about, cause it’s just so much easier.
