Conor McGregor Breakdown and Film Study
“Only a left hand”? Eddie Alvarez (all due respect) claimed before his loss to The Notorious One Conor McGregor. In reality, Conor does have a tremendous proclivity to land his “Celtic Cross” or “Death Touch” with devastating results, but the question should really be how and why? To dismiss it as a magic trick, and/or say he is a one-trick pony is a bit disingenuous and for others just dismissive.
So….my aim here is to show “The How and Why”, in this case, how and/or why does McGregor land that left hand so often with devastating results? Is it bad planning by opponents? Is it the speed or power of the punch itself? The accuracy? It may be all of the above…..let’s look. Cheers.
