Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather First Face Off At LA Press Conference NO SOUND

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor First Face-Off in LA

UFC star Conor McGregor faces off with Floyd Mayweather Junior for the first time. In the first of their press conferences. There will be another three more separate live events. Two in the USA, one in Toronto and the final leg in London UK. The fight takes place August 26th 2017 in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena.

This is just an observation, from an unqualified guy to wax lyrical about psychology. But, you noticed how Floyd didn’t say a word in the face-off? Does anyone else think that his plan is not to play into Conor’s game of verbal warfare? Not get his back up and just sit tight? You can image the conversations he was having with his own sports psychologists before this event. Makes sense that he lets Conor do his own thing and not get riled.

Conor was going all out to stir it up, but Floyd just stood there, cold faced. Remember how Conor has said in the past that he knows what people are thinking and he plays on that. Floyd has no doubt got a team of people who have worked with him throughout his career on his mental game. In this instance, perhaps they felt the best thing was to let McGregor off. And don’t try to counter him as it will only end in tears. Stay calm, stay focused.
